These tools are run by Fiduci Consulting Inc., the Vancouver, BC practice of Dr. Kirthi Roberts. We collect only what the tools need, and we never sell your data.
What we collect and why
| Your scan answers (role, tasks, multiple-choice answers) | Used to calculate your RQ in your browser, and sent to our server only to write your personal reading or report. |
| Your first name and email, if you give them | To send you your reading or report. On Radar, giving your email also adds you to occasional career strategy emails from Dr. Roberts; every email has an unsubscribe link. |
| Full Scan intake answers | Used to write your report. If you tick the sharing box, Dr. Roberts can see them so a strategy session can start from them. |
| Payment details | Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. |
Who processes it
We use service providers that may process data in the United States and other countries: Cloudflare (hosting), Anthropic (writing your reading and report through its API; API inputs are not used to train models by default), Stripe (payments), Kit (email list) and Resend (email delivery).
How long we keep it
Readings and reports are not stored on our servers after they are written; your copy lives in your browser and your email. Email list records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Payment records are kept for six years, as Canadian tax rules require.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email at any time, and you can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We respond within 30 days.
